“Buenas Dias!” Neustar CMO Steven Wolfe Pereira boomed into the microphone on the stage of Cipriani NYC’s stunning 42nd Street venue Tuesday morning, September 12, welcoming the nearly 250 CMOs and other industry leaders on hand to participate in the inaugural Neustar Connect Future of Marketing Forum. The sessions explored themes relevant to every marketing leader today: the future of marketing, media, connected brands and corporate boards, cybersecurity, identity, measurement, and more.

In keeping with the day’s forward-thinking agenda, Wolfe Pereira reminded the crowd that while the 4 Ps of marketing: Product, Price, Promotion, and Place still held true, their value had changed:

“The product has become the customer experience; the price is now a value exchange. Promotion has become evangelism because nobody wants to be sold, but everyone still wants to buy; and place…” he said, opening his arms wide, “Place is everywhere.”
